Summary:
Part of US Ignite’s Project OVERCOME, I worked alongside a team of researchers from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Missouri S&T to bring broadband internet to citizens in Clinton County, Missouri. With funding from the NSF and US Ignite, this project oversaw all aspects, from building framework to physical implementation. This project is intended to serve as a template for other rural areas across the
United States.
Much of my work was focused on creating a help database, which would serve useful to customers, suppliers, and partners, allowing those involved with the project to learn specifics of our project. This involved creating diagrams of all operations, ranging from the functionality of the router to social media outreach. I then remade these diagrams into ones with visually pleasing designs, and established a user friendly website to assist with front end project documentation.
